Customised 28mm and 38mm neck bottles for coffee syrups and milk shake flavours.
A full range of 63mm neck jars in PET, from 195 ml to 710 ml in size. These are suitable for plastic or metal closures.
38mm neck jars and bottles in PET are offered in sizes from 187 ml to 500 ml. Top down squeezy bottles are included in the range.
Converting from glass to PET wins a weight reduction of up to 80%. The carbon footprint is minimised, and transport and other costs dramatically reduced.
Options for UV and O² barrier technology are available

Personal Care Products

24-410, 28-400, 28-410, and 28-415 neck finishes are available for personal care closures. 38-400 neck finishes could be available for squeezy bottles
Standardised bottles to date include Boston Round bottles in 300ml, 500ml and 750ml sizes. A hand wash bottle for a dispensing pump is also available
The 38mm neck PC range (250ml, 330ml, 500ml and 1000ml) has proved perfect for heavy viscosity products such as foam bath

Household and DIY Products

28-410, 28-415, and 38mm Simploc neck finishes available for wadded, bore seal and trigger spray closures. Certified CRC closures for use with Esterform’s bottles are also available from a number of suppliers.
Standard and customised bottles ranging in size from 250ml to 2 litres.
Standard bottle designs include:

* Household/Car/Garden sector – Trigger spray bottles, plus bottles for handwash products and disinfectant.

* DIY Bottles for white spirit, BBQ fluid and lamp oil, wall-paper stripper, and other decorating aids.

3 litre & 5 litre bottles for water, edible oil and other food products

Bulk 43 mm neck bottles with handles, in standard designs in 3 litre and 5 litre sizes. Closures are supplied with the bottles.
Customised designs are also a possibility.
Sleeved versions of the 43mm neck bottles are available.

Bulk Bottles for Water Coolers

As the preform list indicates, Esterform now has a 250g preform suitable for blowing a 13 litre or 15 litre one way PET bottle for water coolers. Esterform can work with potential customers to design a suitable bottle, and install bottle blowing.
