Boston Round bottles for the personal care sector
In conjunction with key account Robert McBride, Esterform has developed stylish new Boston Round bottle designs for hand-care and bath foam products. The initial launch will be a range of products for a major high street store.
A key driver in the design process has been weight reduction, leading to material economies and a smaller carbon footprint – both vital considerations in today’s world. The 300ml design has a weight of 21g, and and a 24-410 neck. The 500ml bottle has a weight of 29g, and a 24-415 neck. Both bottles can take a ange of closures and dispensers.
A new lightweight 250ml 24-410 neck Boston is also being planned for the future. These bottles join the existing 28-410 750ml Boston Round from Esterform to extend the range
Using a combination of single stage and 2 stage production routes Esterform aims to provide a core selection of personal care bottles designed to be commercially, aesthetically and environmentally attractive.
The new products strengthen Esterform’s profile as a supplier of mainstream bottles to the personal care sector, both for the present and the future.
